What do you have in stock?
We have a huge stock of volumes, macros and other climbing products in stock. All of these items can ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles within 1-5 business days. See the details for each product category below…
Accessories
We usually have all accessories in stock and if we don’t have what you need we have fast turnaround times for all these items. Branded items and other custom items may take some extra time. Contact us if you need more info for turnaround times.
Holds
All holds are made to order (MTO). Depending on the hold producer the production time can vary from a few weeks to a few months. Contact us if you need more info or have a comp or other deadline.
Volumes and Macros
We have hundreds of volumes and macros in stock. You can easily filter for in-stock volumes and macros. You can also filter for specific colors in stock (just select “in stock” or “in stock within 6 weeks” and then select the color(s) you would like.
You can choose to order only in stock items, or only made to order items or a combination of both.
Can I order in stock products and not in stock (MTO) products together?
Yes!
If you want some items that are in stock and some items that are not in stock that is not a problem! Just select everything you want and you can decide to have the items shipped all together or separately at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for retail customers (non-wholesale) for accessories if the order value is over $100, and for holds, macros and volumes if the order value is over $500.
What are my shipping options?
When you check out you will have two shipping options to choose from:
- Ship order when all products are in stock – Cheapest
- Ship as soon as possible (multiple shipments) – Quickest
What are preseason quarterly orders?
Ordering volumes, macros and other products from overseas can be expensive and take a lot of time. This is why we have created our famous Bold Preseason ordering system. Here are the benefits:

How do I place a preseason order?
If you order items that are not in stock we will automatically add these to our next preseason quarterly order. You don’t have to do anything. The one exception to this is if you would like to have the items shipped directly from the manufacturer…
Can I ship directly from the manufacturer?
Need some products that we don’t have in stock but can’t wait for a preseason order? Have your items shipped directly from the manufacturer. Hold orders will always ship directly from the manufacturer. For volumes and macros, this usually works best for orders that are over $5k or $10k. Contact us if you would like your order shipped directly from the manufacturer, otherwise, we will ship your order with our next preseason quarterly order.

Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the USA, Canada and Mexico.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Usually, this will be around 10% of your order value or less, but it depends on the size and amount of products you order. If you think the shipping cost is too high or too low (haha) then please contact us and we will help you out.
Do you offer gym and wholesale pricing?
Yes! Just create a wholesale account and we will approve you for the discount. It takes just a couple of minutes. You will be able to see the discounted rates right on the website.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yep, we do! Create a wholesale account to see our wholesale bulk discounts on the checkout page. Contact us if you are doing an order over 15k.
Do you sell to home walls and climbers?
Yes! We have a great selection of holds and products for home walls and climbers.

Do you offer a warranty?
All of our products come with a one-year warranty that covers our products from any manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover normal “wear and tear” or any improper use of the products.
